Guided Meditation Under the Stars

Service Description

Ground yourself lying in the womb of mother earth as you allow the night sky, herbs, drumming and chants to relieve stress and reconnect. When you open your eyes, you will be engulfed with the stars. Ceremony starts at sunset and concludes when you are ready. Individually or with a group. You may of course bring pillows and blankets if you wish but we have those available for you to use as well as herbs, and drums. A light tea will be served before the meditation to help relax the mind and body. Aho
